• Schedule: Full time nights 7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. with every third weekend and rotating holidays

• Location: Hoffman Estates, IL
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $12,500.00
• Salary: $39.66 - $55.99 per hour

Must have at least 2 years of acute care RN experience, or 1 year LandD RN experience

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.

• Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Additional Preferences

• BSN strongly preferred
• 1 year of Labor and Delivery RN experience or 2 years acute care RN experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP
