The Center Nurse role exists to ensure our patients have a seamless experience when
they need assistance from their healthcare team. We meet our patients where and when they
need us most; providing dependable, competent nursing care. Whether our patients need assistance in the
center with navigating their health conditions or during a time they are facing a concerning event outside of
our center, our Oaky Nurse team is there to support. Rebuilding healthcare as it should be is not easy work
and our Oaky Nurses are the heartbeat that makes our mission come to life.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$54,095.00 - $116,760.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
